Over the years, we have added new programs and shifted our efforts to meet the greatest needs of our community.The RC opened in February of 2020 and was built with privately-raised Salvation Army Capital Campaign dollars on land donated by Dick and Sara Rathgeber. The Rathgeber Center is comprised of two separate "phases."
